Construction/Contractor Permits

  • Primary Zone: $32 (Approval required)
  • Secondary Zone: $12 (Approval Required
  • Notes:
    • Plate number not required.
    • Applicable to roll-off dumpsters or utility construction vehicles.
    • Please provide the business address or location and a brief explanation of why a construction permit is needed.
  • Residential Permit: $0
    • Applicant must be an owner or lessees of property within the regulated parking zone (attach a lease agreement or property record).
    • Applicant must have a vehicle registration (attach a valid vehicle registration) with AR Department of Finance that shows an eligible address for the vehicle they intend to permit.
Employee Permit
  • Secondary Zone: $0 
  • Applicant must be a business owner, manager, or employee within the regulated parking zone (attach employee timesheet, register or similar documentation of employment).
  • Notes:
    • Each employee will be eligible for 1 permit with no cap on the total number of permits for the employer.
    • Permits may not be provided if sponsoring employer provides employee parking. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    • Permits are non-transferable.
    • Vehicles with valid disabled placards or disabled license plates are exempt from parking permit requirements.
    • Vehicle license plate is required for each permit.
